CCM 4.2.(1)sr1 question

Hi to all,

I have 3 CCMs, one Publisher and two Subscriber. when i try to get into CCM Administration page with CCMAdministrator user i can into the Publisher and one Subscriber but in the other one can not, why?, do i have to start some service?,

RDP to your server and open the SQL Enterprise Manager. Click on your server and list the databases. Check the replication state and make sure there are no errors!

run the ccmpwdchanger to reset the ccmadministrator pwd and try again

Hi javalenc,

But i don not want to change the CCMAdministrator password, and is just in one subscriber.

Run the tool, you can set the same password again :-) It does sound like a pwd-synch issue.

I ran the tool in the publisher changing the password and now i can not get into any of them.

I solve it,

i saw in the cuom 2.0.3 an event of the call managers (DC Directory Server windows service was stopped), i started the service and everything ok.
