Hi all, on my cisco asa, if I want to clear an access list would i do clear configure access-list test etc? or can i do a no access-list test?

are most commands no removed via the clear config command?

"clear configure access-list" instead of "no access-list".

In orde to delete a specific access-list line, you will have to type, no access-list acl_name permit ip any any

In order to remove all the lines of access-list acl_name, type the command

clear configure access-list acl_name
