::: Bad Clocks :::

Urban_Nights

Level 1

Hello,

when I restart the physical connection I receive the following error:

%TRUNK_CLOCK-6-BAD_CLOCKS: There are no good clocks in the system. Remain in HOLDOVER mode

And I am not able to establish Layer 1.

The clock missing can cause this issue?

With best regards and thanks.

Seems to me your circuit is down. If you do "show controllers T1" you will likely see "loss of singal" or other major error.

Yes is true :)

in my case is E1.

I can see Receiver has loss of frame..so, this means that I have a problem in the remote link side?

E1 6/4 is down.

Now I will try to connect MGC via IUA/SCTP.

Thank you and regards.

No problem.

Thanks for the appreciation and good luck!

It's me who should thank you.
