Need help.
For the call redirect step when the phone is busy, would like to go directly the voicemail which is created for the group this phone belongs to
For example,
when 'busy' - goto voicemail number directly

Here's one way to accomplish this. Create a CTI route point in Callmanager. Add a DN to the route point and set it to forward all to voicemai. In Unity, add the CTI route point DN as an alternate extension for the group voicemail box. In the CRS script, under the busy branch, add a call redirect step that transfers the call to the CTI route point DN.

The headache part if there are five departments going to each different voicemail. I have sacrifice 5 cti ports. Sad to say, I have only 10 cti ports. What will be the next best suggestion ?
I am thinking is it better on the 'busy' branch I create a go to consult transfer which I can define the extension ?

Use a CTI route point instead of a CTI port.
