attendant console issue

hello,

i have one pilot number, and i have two memebers of the hunt group.

the problem is when the the two members are busy and the third call is arrived, this call will be rejected and the busy tone is heared.

Please help to give the ring tone when any maw 10 calls arrived.

Hi you can change that setting on the Attendant Console Pilot number "Multiple Call/Call Waiting Settings"

You can use broadcast queue to store calls waiting. You can read more about it here:
