CoS tagging for Voice

I'm using IPCommunicator,

How can I tag the voice stream to have a high priority than other application.

There is no IPPhone. There are just Softphone.

AutoQoS has a parameter that allows you to extend the "trust boundary" to the PC. I think the syntax is "auto qos voip cisco-softphone". Problem with this, you have to ensure that you're not running high-bandwidth apps that can also set DSCP values, or you may encounter prioritization issues on your PC's NIC.
