ISA 2004 server functionality duplicated on ASA 5510

We want to deploy an ASA 5510 to replace an ISA 2004 server.

Currently, on the internal side of the ISA, we have multiple web servers, a few FTP servers, etc. On the external side, the ISA is bound to multiple real internet IP addresses.

Since our knowledge on ASA 5510 is next to none:

1. Can the ASA 5510 be bound to multiple IP addresses on one interface (that would be the one being assigned external)?

2. I am assuming the ASA 5510 can be configured to pass web/ftp/etc requests traffic from the outside to the servers on the inside.

Info of the ASA:

Device Manager Version 6.0(2)
