Simultaneously ring 1st HG while ringing additional Hunt Groups-UCM

Technology used is UCM6x

Has anyone deployed the following and if so, what approach did you take to acheive it?

Call hits first Hunt Group 1000, simultaneously ringing Secondary Hunt Groups 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 while continuing to ring the orginal HG 1000.

Note:

Only solution, i came up with was to individually add the DN from 2-5000 under the new HG [7000] so, 7000 will house all DN from 2000-thru-5000 then place that info in Hunt Forward Settings for the Hunt Pilot Configuration field.

Hi Alphonso,

Have you tried just setting up Hunt Group 1000 with all the DN's of 2000-5000 as it's Line Group members? Set this up using the Broadcast Hunt Algorithm. When a call comes into 1000 the members of 2000-5000 will all ring simultaneously.

Just a thought :)

Yeah, that what i was trying to void. I think i might have to create Hunt Group 7000 [that will be catch all group for all other HG/DN]
