i have install IPM application but is not working as expected,please does anyone have any material related to this that i can o thru.

Hi,

the problem am facing is that under IPM,tabs like Admin,Reports and Collector Management pages can`t be displayed.

Do you know what to do to restore this,please reply,thanks.

page's cant be displayed = ?

Can you post a screen-shot.

Are other applications displaying fine? DFM,CS,CM?

Hi,

am having problems attaching the screen shot cos the size is above the max size for attachment.DFM is also behaving the same way "page cannot be displayed".

Can somebody please help me.

Are all your CiscoWorks services running?

You can check this via CiscoWorks common services.

Yes i have check all the vis common services>server>admin>processes,the process state for all is stated though some are yet to receive mgt message.

Do you think if i re-install the IPM it will work?

Try this:

net stop crmdmgtd

net start crmdmgtd

If this doesnt work, reboot.

If that does not work either, please let us know.

I have uninstall and re-install,now am trying to do the settings,thanks.
