There is a device that was discovered while doing a Network Discovery that was found by CDP. The device is Unreachable so it does not display on the Topology map. We are not sure where the device is connected to and would like to find it. Is there anyway to trace it in CiscoWorks to see where it was found using CDP?

Of course there is...

Just go to device center and pull it up... you'll see what devices it was found one hop away from as a cdp neighbor
