I have an Cisco Call Manager 4.1 with some 7985 phones and a Call Manager Express with some other 7985 on another site. Within each site the calls get complete with video cappabilities, but the calls fails video between sites. Only voice completes.

The problem appears to be that RTCP packets from the video endpoints are left in the input queue because the socket for video is not closed after the video portion of the call fails, and there is no process watching the socket.

This issue was solved when I upgraded the firmware of the IP Phone 7985 on the Call Manager.
