Hi,
On 7941GE with CCMBE 6.1.1, if PC is connected on PC port, the phone reboot....
if no device is connected the phone is operational...
I think this is a hardware problem, but if you have already met the problem
this hardphone is new..

Hi, which FW are running on the phone? It probably needs an update.

all 7941GE phone are on SCCP41.8-3-3SR2S
only this phone have a problem

Then indeed you might have an hardware problem however before raising an RMA I would try "factory reset" on the phone, hold # while powering phone, when lights flash in patter, release and press 12345678980#.
