Incoming Caller ID not displaying

This is for a CCME installation in the UK. PSTN access is provided over exchange lines over 4 x FXO ports. Users have Cisco 7961 IP Phones.

When user dial out, the Caller-ID displays.

Incoming calls do not display Caller-ID. (They are displayed as unknown) even though I have configured 'caller-id enable' under the FXO ports (see below):

voice-port 0/1/1

supervisory disconnect anytone

cptone GB

connection plar 3638

impedance complex2

How can this problem be resolved?
