Hello all,

I want to install CRS Engine on my ccm 6 from the CD and when i launch the setup from my laptop the following message appear:

Computer harware provided by Cisco Sytems is required to install Cisco Customer Response Solutions. Installation will now aborted.

Please how to install CRS from CD (witch contaiin .exe files) on MCS (Linux OS)

you cannot install CRS on the same server as CUCM, you do not get to install anything on any linux appliance (not to mention as you noticed they're .exe files), you need an MCS server to install that

yes, that's correct. not a std windows but a Cisco IP Telephony Operating System
