Solved: CTI ports - new user

Hi There !

I'm trying to create another application in IPCC.. I'd like this new application have it's own cti ports

I created the CTI ports and a user in CM..

This new cti ports only works if I associate them with the old jtapi user

Is it necessary the new user password to be the same of JTAPI provider configuration in IPCC ?

You can only have a single JTAPI user to control all cti connections. If you want designated CTI ports for each application simply create another cti group referencing these ports in UCCX and assign this group to the JTAPI trigger of the new application.
