Hi everyone.
Using 2 isp's. with an 1811 router. I configured tracking for failover and all the things that goes with it. Everything is working fine on that part.
My Fa0 connection is way faster than fa1 so I set up (below) to give fa0 priority but by doing so I can't use the fa1 for anything.
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 FastEthernet0 70.x.x.x track 10
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 FastEthernet1 69.x.x.x 100 track 20
For example I am configuring remote desktop on the fa1 connection but the darn thing refuses to work.
ip nat inside source static tcp 192.168.0.9 3389 69.x.x.x 100 extendable
Only way to make it work is by load balancing the 2 connections.
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 FastEthernet0 70.x.x.x track 10
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 FastEthernet1 69.x.x.x track 20
Is there a way to give fa0 priority and still be able to use fa1?
Thank you!
