Dear All,
When a user dials a number that is routed through a CMC-enabled route pattern, a tone prompts the user for the client matter code. When the user enters a valid CMC.
The CMC should be Hidden or Show on phone screen? Or any option in CCM we can choose?
Any Cisco link to mention that?

There is no way in the current implementation to block CMC digits. During the design, DE team felt that the CMC codes could be
so varied for each end user. That masking the digits would cause a lot more headaches for the end user then it was worth.
FAC should do it.
