UCCE 7.1.5.0 WrapUpData missing

All,

I have a possible problem with WrapUpData not being populated. We are using CAD 7.1.0.22 and WrapUp is set to compulsary for inbound calls. If the agent transfers an inbound call to another agent they are prompted for the WrapUpData. However this data is not stored in the TCD for this call leg although the WorkTime is populated. WrapUpdata is saved correctly for the second leg of the call to the 2nd agent. Is this the expected behaviour or does it look like a defect?

Hi Lynn,

Wrap-up data is stored in ICM's DB as a

per callID, so the last agent to enter in wrap-up data is how it will be stored by the Cisco Agent desktop, this is unfortunately working as per design.
