Hi Steven,

This error is due to the fact that you have configured BARS to backup the CDR Database but no files existed during this particular run. This is informational only and more of a "heads up" to check your CDR Service. If you are collecting CDR's on a regular basis check things like CDR Insert to make sure things are running.

Hope this helps!

Rob

Thanks for the resopnse. The CDR insert is running. this has been checked. at a loose end!!

cheers

steven

on which server are you doing the backup? PUB or SUB?

You can have the CDR insert running but if you do not enable the CDR flag there won't be records, have you checked that indeed you have records under the CDR tables?

also which version we talking about?

thanks for the response

cdr is running on the PUB

cdr flag is enabled

i have records under the cdr tables

version 4.1

could it be a possibility the cdr table is full. ie 1.5million record is the limit

cheers

you could find that out by doing a select count(*) from TABLE_NAME (sorry, i'm tired and can't remember the name of the table =) )

do that on CDR and TBL_BILLING_DATA from ART, there should be 1.5M as max in CDR and 2M under ART
