2801 PRI, can call out, cannot call in

Hi all. Ive got a 2801 CCME with an E1 card. I can call out successfully, however, as soon as we try to call in I get a dead tone (unallocated number)

Here is how i've got things set up (same rules work on my UC520)

voice translation-rule 1

rule 1 /494445/ /205/

!

voice translation-rule 2

rule 1 // /90/

!

!

voice translation-profile ADDZERO

translate calling 2

!

voice translation-profile INCOMINGDDI

translate calling 2

translate called 1

As you can see the number being called is 494445 and it should route to handset 205, but I just get a dead unalocated number tone.

Any ideas?

Hi, have you applied the translation profile under voice-port or trunk group ?

If yes and still no joy you have to look at the actual call with "debug isdn q931" and "term mon".

Hi mate, I have applied it yes:

voice-port 0/2/0:15

translation-profile incoming INCOMINGDDI

cptone GB

timeouts initial 5

timeouts interdigit 5

No I hadn't! i've got it in the notepad config but it must have errored when I pasted it into the terminal.

Thanks my friend!!!!!!

Take the suggested debug. Number can be different from what you think. Note you don't need any timeout settings under a PRI port.
