UC500 and Background images

I have done everything that I can find to get a background image on my 7960's here with a UC500 installation and it is not working.

The .xml file and the .png files are on the flash and the tftp-server commands are there.

When I do a debug on tftp events and packets, I can see that the phone is requestion its .cnf.xml file and the ringtones but there does not seem to be any requests for background images.

Is this a "restriction" on the UC500 code to keep it in the small footprint?

There is not .cnf file for the phone, so it is using the XMLDefault7960.cnf.xml file if that makes any difference.

Hi,

7940/60 do not have a good support for background images, search "phone idle url". That means the annoyance of pressing keys to get rid of the "screensaver" to make calls. If you're ok with that, configure as the search documents indicate.
