Mapping async console ports to cables

I have a 2620 with an async card (async32a) that is terminated to a patch panel with cable labled 1-32

My config shows something like this..

ip host indunda 2054 172.19.221.194

ip host gunter 2053 172.19.221.194

ip host alkazar 2042 172.19.221.194

I assume 20xx assigns a port/cable?

How can I map 20xx to the cables?

With the following command:

ip host 20xx

.. "20xx" assigns a "line number".

The following documents make reference to the command, and may be helpful:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_0/dial/configuration/guide/dcrtelnt.pdf

http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/paws/10318/mod-aux-exec.pdf

e.g.:

Since my Aux port is on line 5, I would use:

ip host modem 2005

... based on the output in the attached file.
