You haven't put the complete show controllers ?

Check cabling to telco termination, what is that ?

Thanks ,

From telco interface is DB 15 and cisco router interface is RJ45

And telco Side they came and tested the loop and whyle testing loop they told me when my router is connected to NT box they are not reciving any signal over there but once i removed this cable from NT box and then they recived .

colud you please tell me what wil be the reason , is there any thing wrong with the cable, interfaces

Hi, you may be using the wrong cable, check pinout as documented in the VWIC installation manual. Then as mentioned above you need to post the complete output of "show controllers E1".

thanks,

i changed the cable and now i can see the status is up but ot able to make any calls or reciving any calls

even i lost my secondery dialton

Hi, your isdn is not fully up yet, when it is, it will show "multiframe established".

You must configure "network-clock-participate wic 0" and "network-clock-select 1 e1 0/0/0".

After that ask telco to restart service on the switch and further calling issues can be looked at.

just to add to Paulo nice posts, if physical setup and cabling is ok and E1 is activated and ready by telco, try to check the correct isdn switch type and if you have a CCM then make sure you are assigning the correct isdn switch type under Gateway configuration as well
