how to configure a timed access list in 3640 router

To create a TBACL you create a time range and at the end of the ACL you apply the time range to the ACL. Here is a guide to help you configure them.

thanks for yr reply , but i have one doubt still , what will be the effect whem i permit a network to access after the time interval , is it will be denied

The network will be denied or permitted access based purely on the time range u allot for that parameter.
Depending on the range..it will either deny or permit. In ur case, it will permit the n.w to access after the denial period is over.
Pls rate/mark if this helps!!!
