Greetings, ive been having problems with VT Advantage and not being able to get the video to trigger when the call is answered.
Currently i have two Windows XP Laptops connected to the local network with IP Communicator and VT Advantage Installed.
I have configured both a voice and data vlan on the switch and the phones have been configured to support video both on the ephone and through "Telephony-Service" with the service phone videoCapability 1 command.
The two laptops are connected to a 7970 and 7960 IP Phone through the PC Port and can both detect the presence of the phone through Vt Advantage, i can also place local calls between phones on there internal extension but when i do the video feed isnt triggered.
Could anyone shed any light on what the problem may be?
