RTMT shows Subscriber as down but really isn't

I have a remote site customer with Cisco CM 4.1 and RTMT. They have 3 subscribers and 1 publisher that is runnining RTMT. RTMT is stating that one of the subscribers is down, but it really isn't. I couldn't find any known bugs. Not a good idea to reboot the subscriber. Anyone seen this issue and if so, have a solution?

Check the service on that publisher that is running or restart it. I forget which service it is that reports it's status to RTMT. If it's not running, or is "stuck" then will show down in RTMT. I do not have a cucm 4.x in front of me right now,, but you should be able to scroll through the servivability page and find the service for it. (do not use windows services!)

try restarting the RIS services on all servers, it might be an SDI layer error and then you will need to restart the CCM service or reboot the server.
