Informacast nonfunctional after network changes

Berbee Informacast seems to have lost the audio packets being transferred to the phones in a message. You see the message displayed on the phone but do not hear the message. This happened after we had made some changes to the network.

It sounds like your multicast traffic is no longer routed. What changed exactly did you make?
