This will be a new install so what ever is going to be the most painless. If it is H.323 then H.323. it will be. Thanks for the input. Have you had experience installing this yourself by chance and about how long once you have done one would it take to configure for about 12-15 users?

Sorry, no experience. Was just advising how to take the shortest path.

Note if you get a cisco CUE instead, it can do fax / vm for each individual with single number, some users like that.

Also the router alone can do fax server, in the simplest form it will send an email each time a fax is received. Nice because it's free.

Xmedius is a great product. We have used it very all versions of Callmanager. The Xmedius server can be added as a H323 gateway in Callmanager and then you can setup your pstn gateways as h323 or Mgcp gateways as preferred. If your PSTN gateway is H323 based, then you can simply point the Xmedius to go straight to the PSTN gateway, bypassing the Callmanager.
