Retrieve CMR data from CDRonDemand web service

The AXL Programming Guide mentioned that the CDRonDemain web service (via SOAP) can retrieve CDR/CMR data from call manager (6.01). However, our program only received CDR after a successful request.


By design, does the CDRonDemand feature capable of returning both CDR and CMR data?


We do know that accessing via a Web browser, we can retrieve both CDR and CMR under "CDR Analysis and Reporting" and "Export CDR/CMR". But that is not what we want. We want to do this in our program not through human interfaction, and we thought CDRonDemand was the way. Please clarify.

CDR and CMR data are stored in the same Informix DB. If you are pulling the records you will get both. We also have the ability to push the flat files to an SFTP server, this would also include both.


When you install your system, the system enables CDRs by default. CMRs remain disabled by default. You can enable or disable CDRs or CMRs at any time that the system is in operation. . The system enables CMR or diagnostic data separately from CDR data.


To move over CDR flat files to a remote TFTP server, if you configure CDR flat files to move over to TFTP Server, it should move the corresponding CMR files as well.

Hello,


I already know how and did enabled " Call Diagnostics Enabled" in Service Parameters for Call Manager. The heart of the problem is Call Manager only sent CDR and not CMR. I would appreciate someone actually written/ran a SOAP program (Java or C++) and successfully received both CDR and CMR files in there sftp server to confirm this issue.
