Routing VPN VLAN

I have 3 /24 networks that connect over a VPN tunnel right now. I have created a VLAN network for one of the networks that separates the departments, but have not implemented it yet. I have connected the VLAN network over the VPN tunnel but unable for the other location to connect to the /24 network that is existing. I can connect to the other locations RDP and any other way but they cant connect to that network.

The equipment are

3550 /30

ASA 5510 /30

It looks as if the traffic is making it to the ASA but not passed the routing port of the 3550.

Is there something that should be configured for routing. Like the access list on the ASA should they be the same on the 3550?

VPN tunnels must be terminated on the MSFC. The IP address of the VPN peer is configured on a VLAN interface on the MSFC.
