Why would "crypto ?" in config mode only list or accept the following commands?
ca Certification authority
engine Enter a crypto engine configurable menu
key Long term key operations
pki Public Key components
provisioning Secure Device Provisioning
wui Crypto HTTP configuration interfaces
The boot code is c3745-entservicesk9-mz.124-6.T2.bin

Presumably you are looking for the full IPSEC command set ?
If so Enterprise Services does not support it, at least on the 3745. You can choose a number of other feature sets
Advanced IP Services
Advanced Security
Advanced Enterprise Services
Best thing to do is use Feature Navigator as you need to make sure any other feature set with IPSEC also supports the features you are currently using.
