Router support 8 Mbps encryption VPN tunnel

Please suggest me the Cisco router which support 8 Mbps encryption VPN tunnel for site to site VPN.

Customer having MPLS connectivity on both the sites

According to cisco, an 87x is good for up to 30mbps of cyphered traffic:

Hi, any current model would do, eg 87x, 18xx,

etc.

I'm not sure that 8XX 18XX is good enough.

Many services on a router will eat CPU.

So, I would suppose 2811 and higher

Is there any user limination for VPN access concurrently (IPSec) if go with 1841 with AIM-VPN/SSL-1 ?

I don't believe there is a tunnel limit (Cisco leans towards tunnel limits instead of user limits).
