pickup problem on CME

CME 4.3

phones 7941/62 with latest firmware (SCCP41.8-3-5S.loads)

Problem:

I have two phones (dn 309,310) in one pickup group (909)

when calling to ext. 310, user on 309 cannot PickUp call, must use GroupPickUp and then type number 909 to redirect call

(it si same behavior on all pickup groups in system)

Can you try 12.4(11)XW8 ?

The XZ IOS you are using is first release and can have many bugs.

is CME 4.3 supported on this release? i need this because of 7937 conf station...

by the way, similar problem i had also on CME 4.1 (but now don't remember IOS/FW version ) - but customer don't need pickup functionality, so i don't tried solve problem in this previous case

No, 12.4(11)XW is CME 4.2 and would not let you configre ephone-type necessary for the 7937.

7937 suport is more important that pickup functionality, so i will let this as is and will wait for new IOS with fixed bug (i hope..)
