Problem checking Messages from phone

Here is what happened. My Exchange admin moved all mailboxes from server EXCH1 to EXCH2. After a month, he moved mailboxes back from EXCH2 to EXCH1. Now, the subscribers on EXCH1 can't check their voicemail from the phone and the MWI is not working. The subscribers are able to receive and listen to their voicemail in their inbox on EXCH1. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Let me know if you need more info. Thanks

sounds like it is just a permissions issue.

I would first run PW and test, if that doesn't fix then run MSCW also. You might need to run SCW too.

We ran the three utilites mentioned by ranpierce and the DGCG reconnect setting utility. We are up and running. Thank for the post. It definitely helped.
