Hi,

I am using VMWare console and I had installed the Red Hat for using it with Cisco Call Manager 6.0.

I can login in the application but, when I try to open the web page with the webbrowser I can not login and the page cannot be displayed.

Please check the attachments.

Thank you and regards.

Urban.

you can try and console in and check, but you should be able to get into the web gui at least.

I still say it's a proxy issue, it's like your proxy does not like the redirect, or https connection. is there anyway around it?

you have a proxy problem. Look at the bottom of one of those snapshots. proxy.compta.pt is hold it up. It's not even getting to the cucm admin page.

Not sure how your VM is setup, but you need to be able to get to the IP address of the CUCM server. Just type in the CUCM IP address (no https, or ports, anything) the default page will come up. Click on the link, then it should show the login page.

Thank you for your efforts!

Yes, the proxy is fine I ask for information in the administrator.

I restarted the system and have the same result.

I did show web-security and I can see the same certificate.

I typed in the web page (blank) my IP: 10.11.7.83. Then it appears the initial page, after clicking in |Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration| the page was not possible to open.

Maybe I should see if all services are up.

Thank you and regards.

I think that I have no way to skip the Proxy.

But let's see.

I hope that it could be a proxy issue.

With regards and thanks.

Yes!

You are right!

It was a problem with the proxy!

I bypassed the proxy for local addresses and add the network 10.11.*.*

Thank you, thank you so much for your help.

Regards,

Bruno.
