Hi,
I'm trying to access the RTMT as I always did.. but now the software returns an error
'Access forbidden. The RTMT application can not be used by this username and password (insuficient privileges).'
Can anyone help me ?

Yeah, in CUCM 5.x and 6.x, you have to add permissions to an account to access RTMT. ccmadministrator does not have it by default. If you want to skip trying to figure out which permission sets it, just add a new account to application users, then add in all the roles. Then you can log into RTMT

I have the same issue but the version that we are using is 4.1(3). Is there as way to resolved it with 4.1(3).
