Hi.
We have a Wireless Setup in our organization. The installation and commisioning was done by a networking company. I was wondering what all information should i request from the networking company to manage the wireless network. Is there any guide or some document that highlights the important components that must be requested to completely manage the wireless network without any problems.

You should get a installation doc that has the ap locations, serial number, mac address and configurations. If they did a wireless survey, get that from them also. You should also request admin training before they had it over to you.
