LMS not able to detect IP Phones

Hi,

We are running LMS 3.0.1.

IP Phones are connected to cisco WS-C4510R-E switches. LMS is not able to detect IP Phones.

We can able to archive the configuration of these switches from RME, it means that LMS can able to synch with the switches.

Pls help me out.

Also, what kind of IP phones, and what is the status of the Call Manager on the Topology Map?

Hi Joe,

We are using Cisco 7941G,7975,7921 IP Phones.

Currently we are using Three CallManagers in a cluster.

In topology view for callmanagers and Switches (where the IP Phones are connected )it shows square box with a question mark.

The CCM is not yet supported by Campus Manager. We are looking at adding CCM 5.x, 6.x, and Linux CCM support in Campus 5.0.4 due out in October. Until then, all your IP phones will only show up as regular end hosts.
