ISDN Setup

I'm setting up a new ISDN link. The link thous the NT Box shows the line as active does not come up. I have checked with local telco and they've confirmed the line as being OK. The show isdn status output is as follow:

The link does not come up in all the layers. The NT box has been tested with a different working ISDN line and found to be OK. I will appreciate anyone who can assist pick out whta the issue could be. The configuration of the Bri3/1 is follows:

first of pls check your router BRI card support the ISDN, Pls share the sh diag & sh ver report so that further can be check.

Check your physical connectivity and router's interface U, S, T std.

Hi ,

Check the volatage of the line using multimeter.

Place the multimeter points on Pin 4 and 5 and check whether u r getting a voltage between 96 to 104V on the isdn line.

If u r not getting the voltage then check with telco.
