Getting error in 3660 router

getting error" Bad RAM at location 0xA0000424: wrote 0xA0000424, read 0xA0000464" in 3660 router.Router went down thrice ,after rebooting comes up.

Please suggest.

try reinstall memory modules

clean pins

if it doesn't help replace memory modules

You have to reinstall IOS by using XMODEM utility. XMODEM utility available at hyperterminal.

For more process, go on www.cisco.com for search IOS upload by XMODEM.
