Mac VPN client for Cisco 3000 server?

Hi. I'm a mac user on my university, and our IT-department only supports PC, so I'm left on my own to get a mac vpn-client that will work on their Cisco 3000 server.

Can someone tell me which client version (if there is a supported mac client) I need to have, and how I might get it?

They gave me a .pcf-file for the setup.

I will be very grateful for any help.

You can use client 4.7.00(0510) on your Mac.
