CDR Administration in 4.1

I set up CDR the other day, and when first logging used my Phone account as the first administrator login.

Today the phone I use crashed, so I set up a new phone and took the opportunity to create myself as an extension mobility user. Whewn create the EM user I deleted my account and created a new one.

Now when I log onto to CDR, I cannot use the original account and my new account only has access to my own records.

We are not using MLA.

Can anyone please help with this one?

thanks very much, when running the DC Directory Admin I found no user assigned to the group. Must have been removed when I deleted the Call manager user. Therefore I added my new user name and it works.

another issue has arisen from this. I went to do a change on the prompt recording on the IPCC and cannot access that.

The installation tyeam that put this in place set my account as the administrator. Is their a way to recover this too?
