Is there specific configuration that needs to be in place for Barge-In and Intercept to be enabled?
The two buttons are greyed out evne when an Agent is on a call. Where do I select in the Agent Pane to be able to Barge/Intercept a call from the Supervisor Desktop?
I am running Build 18.104.22.168 on Unified Contact Center Express 5.0 Supervisor Desktop 5.0 (Enhanced Version).
