Below is the output of a 'sh vtp status'. What is the difference between the 'VTP Version: 2' and the 'VTP V2 Mode'?
If my VTP domain is currently not taking advantage of version 2 capability, will there be any adverse effect to enabling V2 support? I have 2 VTP servers, the rest are all Transparent.
VTP Version: 2
VTP Operating Mode: Server
VTP V2 Mode: Disabled

I'm not finding anything related to this in the CCNP BCMSN book or on the Cisco website. Everything I see just related to the vtp version being 1 or 2. Nothing talks about V2 mode being enabled or disabled.

version 2 was for token ring (technically better than ethernet) support.
