We are testing out extension mobility for one group within our organization. We are trying to set it up so that when a user logs out of a phone, the phone defaults to a differnet DN which so far we have gotten to work. I'm trying to make it so that the DN that gets assigned to the phone when nobody is logged into it can only dial internally. Does anybody have any links to documents that detail how to setup either the device profile to only permit internal calls or setup a line that can be associated with that profile that can only make internal calls? From what I have found, it looks like I will need to create a different CSS for internal only and a route filter for internal calls only but my attempts thus far have not worked so if anybody has any pointers I would greatly appreciate it.
