Attempting to add cisco tsp to PC for outlook dial. Appears to install correcly but when you go to control panel modems advanced it does no show up. anyone run across this

I have seen that, and couldnt find any fix for it myself. I am not sure if it has to do anything with Windows XP Service pack. So we started using 3rd party dialers.

Can you tell me which 3rd party you liked?

The user has to be in the user groups CAR and CTI full, i did this and it works perfectly

not sure what you mean. The tsp is not showing up so you can configure it.

Hi did you find a fix to this problem. I am getting some problems with a customer site. I use my laptop and it works fine but on the customer workstations it does not seems to be working

Do not complete the TFTP IP addres during the installation of Cisco TSP 7.1.3
Re-install the TSP and leave the TFTP field blank, afterwards you will be able to configure the advanced modem settings !
