Set bandwith for VPN tunnel

Hello,

using a router 1812 can I set the bandwidth for vpn tunnel?

say, I have a 3MB bandwidth and I want the vpn to use only 2MB, can I do this with this router. Can I do it with the VPN setup, or a diffrent cpnfiguration qos?
