a real easy one i guess, I have a 2811 with the HWIC 0 - 3 slots, can i put a vic2fxo in there? I was told you could but no joy at the moment :) ta guys

You are using a VIC-2FXO that not supported, as the router is telling you.

You need a VIC2-xFXO for the ISR routers.

Yes, but you also need a voice image and a minimum of PVDM2-8 to process voice.

I have a PVDM2-64 and c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-3i.bin image is this not sufficient? Im a tad noob at this ;)

Do show diag and check if the voice card shows there. Report what it is exactly.
