NTP Server not accessible in CUCM 5.1(3)

When I add a NTP server on the publisher, it always shows as "not accessible".

Any ideas on how to make it available?

I have this problem too.

Make sure you can access the ntp device on port 123, see if you can telnet to that port on that device. Also, try removing the ntp, set the clock mnaually to the ntp server as close as possible and then re-add the ntp server, wait few hours and see if it synchronizes.

please check the stratum value of ntp server is 9 or higher.if stratum value of ntp server is lessthan 9 callmanager didn't receive the time from ntp server.
