There are plenty of resources. I would recommend that you buy a Cisco Press CCNA book. Read the books, study the questions, take the practice exams. Also included is a CD with practice simulator on it.
Steven is right, that's the best book to read first.
I would also recommend using Dynamips to practice your command line and hands on experience. Dynamips is a virtual router emulator, but only to be used for training purposes.
